Mondays 7pm & Wednesdays 6:30pm

For people with little to no pole experience.  

Progress week by week; strengthen your muscles, introduce combinations, create routines, and start feeling like a pirouette-pro.

Mondays 8:05pm & Wednesdays 7:30pm

For intermediate to advanced.

Create strong power combos with clean executions, introducing smooth, more complicated transitions.

Tuesdays 6:30pm

For heels beginners. No heels experience needed.

Learn how to perfect movements, use the shoe properly, and create strong lines that look pleasing to an audience.

Every other Tuesday 7:30pm

For intermediate and above dancers.

Designed to get you super confident executing tricks and strength based movements in heels. Freestyle time at the end.

Every other Tuesday 7:30pm

For people with some heels experience, ready to take it up a notch.

Calling all low flow dwellers! Learn various transitions and pathways using the pole and floor. Bring heels and knee pads. No inversions.

Wednesdays 6:30pm

For people not ready to move up yet.

Build on spins, add new movements to your routine, explore strengthening exercises, and improve your stamina.

Friday 7:20pm & Sunday 1:15pm

For beginners.

We’ll run through the fundamentals and a sequence to get you confident transitioning between movements whilst rotating midair.

Every other Friday 8:20pm

For all levels looking to improve flexibility.

And stretch! Specifically focussed on flexibility to achieve those sought after pole tricks.

Every other Friday, 7.20pm

For all levels - regressions and progressions provided.

A floorwork class to develop our movement repertoire on floor, with transitions and piecing together at end. Heels and kneepads recommended.

Sundays 12pm

Get your heels on and slink with us! 

Class choreo with time for freestyle at the end. Leave your inhibitions behind, connect with your body, and finish feeling ready to take on the world.
