FAQs

I have no dance background, can I still start pole?

Of course, you can still start pole.  We will never assume your skillset and our beginners class caters to complete beginners with no prior background in dance.

What should I wear?

We recommend wearing sportswear you feel comfortable in.  A sports bra and shorts are the best options as we use our skin to grip the pole.

If you want to wear a top we recommend wearing a strappy one so that most of your shoulders and armpits are exposed.

If attending a heels class, we recommend you wear anything that makes you feel sexy/confident. No jewellery is allowed on the poles.

Is Pole suitable for me?

The short answer is yes.  We cater to everyone regardless of age, gender, background, strength, dance knowledge, etc.

If you want to try it, we’ll support you every step of the way and give you the tools you need to achieve!

What is the cancellation policy?

Any classes cancelled without 24 hours notice prior to the session starting are non-refundable and non-transferrable.  By using our booking system you are agreeing to these terms and will not be admitted back to a session until payment has been received.

If we need to cancel a class you can either receive a full refund or secure a space in the next available class.

Do I need to wear heels for heels classes?

Heels are not compulsory for any heels sessions but we do strongly recommend them as the shoes are used as a tool to navigate the pole.

Ultimately, the point of the heels sessions are there for you to feel confident and express your sensuality in a comfortable environment - so wear whatever makes you feel good.

You do not need skin out to grip the pole for heels choreography and basework sessions but knee pads help to protect the knees. You will need to have skin exposed for tricks in heels class

What should I bring?

We recommend bringing a bottle of water so you stay hydrated and a small flannel to clean the pole.  Do not moisturise your skin 24 hours before attending class as you will find it difficult to grip.

Are there any age restrictions to start pole?

No, anyone can start pole but if you are under 18 we will need parental consent.

How do I pay?

You can pay for a class via the bookwhen ‘pay by card’ option which will charge a small booking fee. Alternatively;

  1. scroll down to ‘offline payment’ where you can choose to make a bank transfer after completing your booking (don’t forget to tick ‘agree to offline payment terms’).

  2. follow steps in point 1 and send a bank transfer (don’t forget to tick ‘agree to offline payment terms’).
